We haven’t been able to buy loo paper for two weeks now. None in Waitrose yesterday and none in Morrisons today. It gives a whole new meaning to “going paperless”!
But is this simply, as they call it, a first world problem? Have they ever had enough in all the refugee camps that have proliferated to the world’s shame, and which are currently much more vulnerable to this virus than we’ll ever be?
